CSBR

CSBR (Coloured Styrene Butadiene Rubber) is recycled black tyre rubber coated with quality resins and colour pigments to achieve a thorough and even coloured coating. CSBR is used for various surfacing needs including underlay for synthetic grass, schools, playgrounds, parks and nursing homes that require a thick sponge like layer to protect against critical fall heights.

CSBR is a very strong, durable and maintenance free product that is incredibly versatile. It is overall a much safer and hygienic alternative to bark chip or sand. The granulated rubber is made from scrap tyres so its extremely environmentally friendly as it eliminates unnecessary waste and land fill. Not only does it tick all the “green” boxes it is also the softest and best value for money in the rubber range. CSBR has a variety of colour options to choose from and offers a three year materials and workmanship warranty.

GEZOFLEX

GEZOFLEX are the EPDM rubber granules for first-class elastic floor coverings. Typical applications are athletic tracks and multisport surfaces, playground safety surfaces, prefabricated slabs, molded parts and rolled goods for various surfacing solutions. The granules can be processed with a one or two component polyurethane binder or coating. With the specially developed process GEZOLAN produces in Dagmersellen (CH) in the 4th generation and since 2018 in the USA the high-quality rubber granules for use all over the world.

Rubber Crumb

Rubber Crumb is recycled rubber produced from scrap tyres just in a granulated form. When used with specifically formulated resin binder it will produce a solid surface that is bouncy enough to comply with any critical fall height requirement. Rubber Crumb is the most cost-efficient rubber surface compared to conventional wet pour surfaces. Unlike traditional playground bark and sand which require constant topping up and replacement, Rubber Crumb is virtually maintenance free.

Shockpad

The use of shockpads acts as an underlay for synthetic grass ultimately providing a safer surface for children to play on. The shockpads are designed to meet critical fall height requirements specifically in daycare/childcare centers, schools, nursing homes, parks and playgrounds.
